Am in court in just over an hour so I'll keep this short. Having a busy M-free week (she is in China). Had a difficult case yesterday - I had 5 witnesses in person and a witness by affidavit + some complex legal issues. It went ok but the preparation almost killed me! Today is just a directions hearing - an easy day.
Awesome episode of Surivor last night. Shane is possibly the best character since Johnny Fairplay.

Re Survivor, after last night I know firmly believe Cirie is the most deserving winner, behind Terry.
She's come from a starting place of being afraid of LEAVES, for god's sake, to now being the only person in the tribe to have caught a fish, and she is playing the political game a whole 'nother level above the rest of those chumps.
That girl was working the strategy last night more effectively than I reckon I've seen anyone do before, in any series. What? You heard me.
